Mango Kent
Kent Mangoes large oval shaped fruit offering a juicy, tender flesh with limited fibres. The skin is usually a dark green with a small dark red blemish on a portion of the fruit. Kent mangos generally acquire more yellow dots as they ripen. Kent Mango will also soften in firmness when at optimum ripeness.

Applications
Mangoes can be used in both raw and cooked applications. Just like an avocado, a ripe Mango will give slightly to pressure.
